The Campbell Shoppes (the "Project") is a Class "A" commercial building in Homestead, Florida located along Campbell Drive near Florida's Turnpike. The center was constructed in 1982 and has undergone a complete renovation since its acquisition in 2014. The 41,495 square foot plaza is tenanted by internet resistant retailers and service providers catering to the ever expanding homestead population.

With development costs increasing and developable land becoming more scarce throughout the Miami and Ft. Lauderdale MSAs, Homestead has seen a resurgence of development activity in recent years. The Project, located along one of Homestead's primary retail corridors, is ideally situated less than one half mile from Florida's Turnpike and within minutes of the Homestead CBD.

The project is co-anchored by Nicklaus Children's Homestead Outpatient Center and Davita Dialysis and supported by several internet resistant specialty retailers.
