Isles at Lago Mar (the "Project") was the remaining unsold portion of a 367-unit Class "A" suburban condominium. The Project which was comprised of the 141 remaining units located in Sunrise, Florida. Originally developed in 1991 as a 367-unit apartment community, Isles at Lago Mar was subsequently converted to condominium in 2006.
The property is located off the west side of Flamingo Road and NW 8th Street, walking distance to the Sawgrass Mills Mall, within the City of Sunrise, Broward County, Florida.
FCP Realty Associates, Inc. managed the onsite sales efforts on behalf of FCP Isles at Lago Mar, LLC. Fortune Capital Management Services oversaw both rental operations and served as the professional community manager in charge of the condominium.
Sales at the Isles at Lago Mar were completed in October 2017.
